Jim And Sharon Black
It all started with a dream. Jim and Sharon, both originally from Colorado, had both been in sales for the majority of their adult lives, getting very little satisfaction out of the life they were leading. Sharon had always dreamed of running a restaurant and with a few trips to the gorgeous country that is Sapphire Village, they were successfully able to purchase the Blue Nugget Bar from the previous owners. And they couldn't be happier with the decision to move themselves and their family up to Montana to start a new chapter!
Our Adventures
Since taking over the Bar in September 2020, Jim and Sharon have been able to explore the beautiful countryside that is the Little Belts and beyond. Calling Montana home is the best decision we could've asked them to make for the community and they continue to keep giving back.
Our specialties
We pride ourselves on our version of Tex-Mex food with green chile sauce that Colorado is famous for! Our enchilada sauce, refried beans, and Sharon's signature salsa will have your mouth watering! Don't forget to grab a t-shirt when you're in too!
